The new symptom of downward mobility is without precedent in recent history.                  Not since the very inception of the broader European marketplace,  have we seen this kind of stress in the EU and their respective markets,  which now coupled with the recent BP oil disaster in the U.S.,  conspire to maintain the current level of business stress unabated.  We continue to experience this on both the client and candidate sides respectively.               With the Dow hovering at 10,000 + or -,  and despite our flurry of activity,  we remain somewhat skeptical of any recovery of the employment market in the immediate future in the United States.
